Description

DFN packaging technology BLDC wide voltage 12-30V high power 200W DC three-phase brushless Hall controller, supporting PLC 0-5V analog control and PWM to 0-5V control, only suitable for DC brushless Hall motors with an electrical angle of 120 degrees. External signal input instructions: When inputting an external PWM signal, the amplitude is 5V, and the recommended PWM frequency is 1K-10KHz. When inputting analog signals, you can use an external potentiometer (resistance value 10K-100K Ω) connected to the board 5V and GND for speed regulation, or you can input analog signals externally (0-5V), but it needs to be connected to the board GND in common ground. When controlling the forward and reverse directions, the motor must stop rotating before performing the forward and reverse operations. It is strictly prohibited to change direction during the motor rotation process, as it may cause damage to the circuit board. In addition, after removing the short-circuit cap, an external steering switch can be connected for operation. 4.5V, GND motherboard comes with 5V power supply (can be powered externally, current does not exceed 10mA) 5. Speed pulse signal output, with an amplitude of 5V, each pulse represents one revolution of the motor. Notes: 1. There is no fuse in the power supply circuit on the motherboard, and Jianyi has already added it. Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the power supply can cause permanent damage to some chips on the board. 2. During normal operation, the motor output terminal is equipped with sampling overcurrent protection. Due to the high power and current of the module, please do not artificially short circuit the module when it is not working properly. However, there is a possibility of burning the circuit and exploding the tube. For the first wiring test, please use a low current and low voltage test. After it is OK, apply high current and high voltage again. As it is a bare board module, pay attention to the insulation of the wiring head and avoid strong voltage touching the parts on the board When the power consumption of the driver module exceeds 100W or the operating environment exceeds 30 ℃, in order to ensure the long-term normal operation of the circuit, external air cooling needs to be provided for the circuit board to dissipate heat. 4. Upon receipt of the goods, if there are any unclear wiring and usage issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Even if there are any issues with the product usage, we can resolve them through friendly negotiation. Debugging instructions: Please read and understand before powering on and testing the machine. It's very important, very important!!! After receiving the driver board, first check if the interface matches your brushless motor interface. 1. Brushless motors usually have 5 Hall ribbon cables or interfaces, of which 2 are Hall power cables and 3 are Hall signal cables. It is important to distinguish them, especially the Hall power supply cables (Hall power cables are usually red and black, and some are not, so it is unclear how to find the motor manufacturer). Do not make mistakes. The three Hall signal cables are usually marked with a b c, and there are similar characters such as Ha Hb Hc on the drive board, which correspond to the three ports and are connected properly 2. There are three relatively thick phase lines on the motor, and there are also three phase line interfaces on the drive board, which are marked with the words MA MBMC and similar characters. They are also connected properly and confirmed to be correct. Only after the main power supply is powered on can it work normally. (If the interfaces are correctly labeled and cannot function properly even when powered on, it is not ruled out that there is a possibility of non-standard manufacturer labeling or other reasons. Please debug according to the unclear instructions below.) If you are not sure about the definitions of the motor phase line and Hall line, you can connect the three phase lines of the motor to the interface of the drive phase line at will, and at the same time, connect the three signal lines of the Hall line to the Hall interface of the drive board at will (but make sure to find and connect the two Hall supply lines correctly, remember!!!). Then, during the first power on, adjust the low voltage and low current (if possible, adjust the constant current power supply voltage to 7-12V and current 1-2A), and then swap the order of the three Hall lines (swap any two of the three Hall signal lines of the motor with the drive Hall interface, and test each time) until it can be smoothly powered on. Rotating the operation indicates that the wiring is correct. When the wiring is incorrect, do not use high current or high voltage for debugging, otherwise there is a risk of damaging the drive board. After replacing the three Hall signal wires, if they are connected correctly, the motor will run smoothly and start smoothly at low speed with high torque after being powered on; If the three Hall signal wires are not connected correctly in sequence, they generally have the following characteristics: 1. After being powered on, the motor cannot start normally without any response or only shakes during startup and cannot rotate normally 2. It is difficult to start due to slight shaking, and sometimes manual operation is required to turn it around 3. The motor can rotate in one direction, but cannot in the other direction, and some may have a slight shower sound 4. The motor starts with significant shaking and lacks power, resulting in a bath sound. The high-power tube is noticeably overheating severely.
